getabreeder exists to close that gap. Every breeder is reviewed by a real person before they can list, and families can read exactly what was checked.

Before a breeder can list, someone on our team checks their photo ID, their kennel club registration or kennel licence, and the address where the dogs live. The full steps are on how we verify breeders.

When a family reserves a puppy, the payment goes through Stripe to the breeder’s own account. Stripe holds the payout until the puppy is home. Trust and safety explains what happens if something goes wrong.
